Group and individual learning
ChangeOptions works with groups and individuals to develop their competence and confidence through:
Workshops and training programmes
Specific and targeted learning opportunities that address skills and knowledge gaps can improve individual, team and organisational performance. We design workshops and programmes to meet identified needs, and work with individuals and managers to ensure that learning is integrated into workplace practices.
Action learning
Learning by tackling real workplace problems can develop problem-solving skills for the future. We encourage reflection and inquiry in a supportive environment where participants can explore and experiment with different ways of working, and find solutions that address their current challenges.
Team facilitation
Working with teams to focus their collective energies and experience on agreed goals can improve team morale and organisational performance. We are keen to understand the dynamics, strengths and weaknesses within teams, and to deliver events that provide a safe space for collaborative exploration and action planning.
One to one coaching and support
Supporting individuals to develop their awareness and skills can address specific performance or motivation issues. We offer a flexible approach that focuses on agreed outcomes and allows the client to explore barriers, identify solutions and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Examples:
- Coaching a consultant within a regional housing association to develop a performance standards framework for managers
- Facilitation of a residential event to enable deputy managers to provide a positive leadership role in organisational restructuring
- Design and delivery of accredited training to create a pool of mentors within the voluntary sector in Surrey to increase the sector's management capacity.
- Design and delivery of a variety workshops for Trustees about their roles and responsibilities
