Who are we?

Sarah Morland is Director of ChangeOptions.

As an experienced and highly skilled facilitator, trainer, coach and consultant, I aim to promote positive and sustainable change and to provide practical learning, self-reflection and a problem solving approach. I work collaboratively on the diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation of projects, to ensure that interventions are relevant and allow the transfer of learning into the workplace.

A Masters degree in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey in 2003 gave me the theory that underpins my practical experience from twelve years as an independent consultant and 15 years with statutory and third sector organisations.

My clients include local, regional and national organisations mainly in the voluntary and statutory sectors, and I work with staff at all levels as well as Trustees and volunteers to ensure that people are at the heart of organisational change.

I volunteer for a local charity that supports children who have been bereaved and chaired Reading Voluntary Action for four years. These roles give me hands-on experience of leadership, governance, partnership, volunteering and addressing the balance between collective and individual wants and needs!

ChangeOptions works with a number of associates on projects to bring together the expertise necessary to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
